E-Energy appoints Rankin to board of directors

E-Energy Ventures Inc. has appointed David Rankin as a
director of the company.
Mr. Rankin is managing partner of RFPA Management Ltd. and the
Intentus Group, providing strategic management and financial consulting to a
variety of businesses in the natural resource, telecommunications, hospitality,
insurance and government sectors. Mr. Rankin enjoyed a 25-year policing career
(Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and municipal) retiring as an executive
officer in 1997. Contributing his varied business and financial background to
the company is welcomed by the current board members and shareholders alike. Mr.
Rankin will work with the current board to evaluate future business prospects.
Mr. Rankin holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the
University of Western Ontario, is a certified forensic investigator and a member
of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
