New Director And President Appointed

Mr. Simon Tam reports

E-Energy Ventures Inc. director and president Malcolm Fraser has resigned. Simon Tam will assume the position of president and Craig Walker has been appointed to the board of directors. Mr. Walker presently serves as a director for several publicly listed mining companies.
