E-Energy Ventures raises $840,000 privately

PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSED
E-Energy Ventures Inc. has closed a private placement for the sale of 12 million
units at a price of seven cents per unit for a total of $840,000, where each
unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant
having a two-year term for the purchase of one further common share of the
company at the exercise price of 12 cents per share. These shares are subject to
a four-month hold period expiring Oct. 7, 2006.THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE HAS NEITHER APPROVED OR DISAPPROVED
OF THE CONTENTS HEREIN.
