PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSED
E-Energy Ventures Inc. has closed a private placement for the sale of 2.7
million units at a price of 15 cents per unit for a total of $405,000, where
each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase
warrant having a two-year term for the purchase of one further common share of
the company at the exercise price of 22 cents per share. These shares are
subject to a four-month hold period expiring Nov. 27, 2006.
