E-Energy Todd township property agreement accepted
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an assignment agreement, dated
July 26, 2006, and amended Sept. 26, 2006, between E-Energy Ventures Inc. and
Mike Magrum pursuant to which the company has an option to acquire a
100-per-cent interest in certain mineral leases pertaining to claims located in
Todd township in the Red Lake mining division of Ontario.
The total compensation payable by the company to Magrum is $35,000 cash and 2.5
million common shares, of which 500,000 common shares will be issued and a
further $465,000 in payments shall be paid to the underlying leaseholder. In
addition, the property is subject to a 3-per-cent retained net smelter royalty.
