E-Energy Ventures 1,814,285-share private placement
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a
non-brokered private placement announced Nov. 28, 2006.
First tranche
Number of shares: 1,814,285 shares
Purchase price: 28 cents per share
Warrants: 907,142 share purchase warrants to purchase 907,142 shares
Warrant exercise price: 50 cents per share in the first year and 75 cents per
share in the second year
Number of placees: two
Finder's fee: 90,714 shares and 181,428 warrants payable to Limited Market
Dealer Inc. Warrants are under the same terms as those to be issued pursuant to
the private placement.
