Simon Tam - President, CEO and Director
As President and CEO of E-Energy Ventures Inc., Mr. Tam oversees and is involved in all strategic and operational facets of the Company, including general management, corporate finance, corporate governance, legal, property acquisitions and human resource management. With over 25 years experience leading private and public companies, most notably in the areas of corporate start-up, financing, acquisitions, operations, and development, Mr. Tam brings a wealth of experience in overseeing the strategic and operational management of the Company. He has successfully built real estate development, food and computer wholesaling companies, with transactions in excess of CDN$500 million and has overseen the strategic development and financing of a number of public exploration companies. Mr. Tam joined the board of E-Energy as a Director in May 2005.

David H. Rankin MBA CFI - Director
Mr. Rankin has been a Director of E-Energy Ventures since February 2005 and is the managing partner of RFPA Management Ltd., providing strategic management and financial consulting services to a variety of businesses in the telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitality, insurance, property development and mining sectors. Mr. Rankin enjoyed a 25 year policing career (RCMP and Municipal) retiring in 1997 as an Executive Officer. He has an MBA from the Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Forensic Investigator.

Craig Walker - Director
Mr. Walker is presently the owner and manager of a web-site hosting and design company. Prior to that, Mr. Walker was an Investment Advisor until 1997. He has many years of collective experience in financing and capital investment including raising capital for venture companies. Mr. Walker currently serves as a director of a number of other junior resource companies.
